This year we again have a limited allocation of bedrooms at Woodland Grange for this event. You are encouraged to BOOK EARLY to secure your room, bearing in mind that free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in. Full payment for your accommodation will be taken over the phone at the time of booking, but this will be fully refunded in the event of timely cancellation.

- Guests can also call 0808 168 5876 which again will take them to the Central Sales Office who can help. Please be aware though that the Sales office is only open between 08:30 and 17:30 Monday to Friday.

Hotel rooms
The event rates are:
- Full Package
- Single occupancy weekend package – Fri & Sat Bed and Breakfast (2 Nights) + Dinner Fri & Sat + Lunch on Sat & Sun = £250 inc.
- Double occupancy weekend package – Fri & Sat Bed and Breakfast (2 Nights) + Dinner for 2 Fri & Sat + Lunch for 2 on Sat & Sun = £348 inc.
- Child Supplement (up to and including 11years old) =£39.00 – includes dinner, accommodation, breakfast and lunch
- Bed and Breakfast Package
- Single occupancy weekend package – Fri & Sat Bed and Breakfast (2 Nights) = £200 inc.
- Double occupancy weekend package – Fri & Sat Bed and Breakfast (2 Nights) = £248 inc.
Refreshments: For all players, whether or not you are staying at Woodland Grange, all hot drinks and snacks throughout the weekend will be included in your tournament registration fee. Vouchers may also be purchased for lunch or dinner if you are not on the full-board package at Woodland Grange.

- Leamington Spa station is just over an hour by train from London Marylebone
- Woodland Grange is less than ten minutes by cab from the station
- Birmingham Airport to Woodland Grange is about 30 minutes by car
- East Midlands Airport to Woodland Grange is about 60 minutes by car
