**There will be two doubles events, masters and inters with a maximum of 16 entries in each. An inters player can partner a masters player in the Masters doubles but not vice versa.
Places will be given on a first registered, first served basis however any players still involved in other events scheduled for Saturday evening will not be able to play in the doubles.

All other payments (Super Jackpot, side events, side pools etc) are to be paid at the event (Cash only)

Payments may be made by bank transfer (details on request) or PayPal (may be subject to 5% fee)

If you need to withdraw from the tournament any payments will be fully refunded if paid before the deadlines and withdrawing before the deadlines.
After the deadlines the registration fee is non-refundable unless there are extenuating circumstances and at the discretion of the tournament directors.
The entry fee is fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to the event.
